This company provides technical and customer support services like customer relationship management services, data management and information processing services, customer care and information technology services to its foreign and offshore clients.


  • Proficient in Vietnamese and English language
  • Online Gaming experience is an advantage
  • Customer service experience is a must
  • Amenable to work in Makati
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field


  • Performs service quality monitoring of associates through LiveChat, emails and phone calls
  • Responsible for creating audit reports to review Customer Associates performance
  • Ensures that standards are being followed
  • Documents service quality trends and performance measures for review and provides recommendations for improvement.
  • Test new updates of products or services alongside with QA Team Leader
  • Has a full understanding of company products, services and processes.
  • Formulate periodic reports (weekly monthly) to QA
