JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a smart, articulate, and driven Virtual Executive Assistant with HR background to help our client take on many projects to better streamline day to day recruiting process and procedures.

Our client is a diversity search collective that believes that responsible recruiting lies within creating substantive changes to the hiring landscape.

Responsibilities:
– Establish a more efficient order for the administrative process to include a pipeline of new candidates funneled into the resume data system.
– Upload resumes and help keep track of correspondence with candidates throughout the recruiting process
– Experience in using ClickUp and Slack for intra-office tasks and duties
– Create a formatted system of job orders, clients, and candidates in play
– Liaise between clients and ASR employees
– May include minimal accounting/bookkeeping and maintaining the client’s work calendar

Qualifications:
? Highly professional with an attention to detail, and organized to follow through on all assigned tasks
? Reliable and methodical thinker
? With excellent communication skills
? Ability to learn and adapt to our BreezyHR recruiting system
? Proficient with Microsoft Suite and ClickUp
? Change management experience is needed to create routines more conducive to the business

Receive a $5 hourly rate with a minimum of 20 hours per week initially and may quickly grow to a full-time role. This is a permanent work-from-home setup.
