JOB OVERVIEW Start up company looking for Virtual office assistant We are looking for remote assistant to manually write data in a logbook which we will provide. We will mail the book to you or send you the file and you can print a blank book at a print shop, which we will pay for. Once completed , you will san the pages with a smart phone & email to us. the book will be mailed back to our office in the US. Other task will include , assist with database management, calendar management Communicate with other team members and contractors. You will provide customer support and take orders via email , chat and phone. Position Requirements: Excellent grammar, proofreading and editing skills. Have access to international shipping services ( UPS, FEDEX, DHL) Works well with little or no supervision. Must have a smartphone Must have high speed internet Superior interpersonal, communication skills and energetic. Ability to cultivate working relationships both inside and outside the facility. Ability to organize and ensure completion of multiple documents.
