JOB OVERVIEW Hello, Our company (Market Haze) is about to launch and we’re in need of a reliable Member Support specialist with knowledge and experience with setting up and maintaining all aspects of the web hosting environment specifically, Linux based WHM / Cpanel. We’re using WHMCS as our hosting billing and account creation tool. Your job is to monitor WHMCS and Zendesk to assist members with all related to their hosting accounts. All incoming support requests will be in the form of Zendesk email and online live chat. This job will start off as fulltime with the hours of operation will start off as US time from 8 am – 5 pm. Your salary will be based on your experience and increases are available after 90 days of employment with proven success and satisfactory customer satisfaction surveys.
