You will work with the owners of two small businesses owned by Australians who work closely together on joint projects and separately on other projects. Together we will employ you full-time and we will manage your time between the two businesses. The right web developer for this job is a WordPress & Divi master with graphic design skills. You can implement responsive designs across all devices & browsers. You can perform QA for the pages you build. You have a thorough knowledge of front-end HTML, CSS, PHP & JavaScript (ES5/ES6). Graphic design skills are a massive advantage. We build websites for small to medium Australian business’ and tasks include: – Designing the look and feel of websites based on a basic mockup or client brief – Building WordPress sites from scratch using the Divi theme, creating stunning designs (please send me links to your best work) – Woo-commerce – Performing your own QA to ensure the website is near to error-free – Configuring email opt-ins Other Skills – Creates stunning designs (please send me links to your best work) – Skilled with website optimization and getting fast page speed load times – An eye for details and can ensure that the website is error-free and looks excellent in mobile view – Solid understanding of SEO (an advantage) The most important skill you need is the ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner.
