We are looking for experienced Customer Service Agents to join our Dispatch Status Team on a Work from Home arrangement. Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Field and provide communication in both English and Spanish Provide Inbound support by responding to customer queries for appointment status Call, system look-up for tech’s estimated time of arrival, and validation of tech assignments Do outbound calls to Dispatch team for escalations and expedited requests Engage in chat support for internal discussions, escalations, and expedited requests Records names, addresses, inquiries, and dispatch information Maintain records related to the dispatch and what transpired on the call Demonstrate mastery of customer service call script within specified timeframe Required Skills and Competencies: Excellent Spanish and English skills, verbal and written Communicates clearly and articulately Equipped with at least an i3 laptop or desktop Internet Connectivity of at least 10mbps Backup internet of at least 5mbps Attention to detail and accuracy Worked at least 1 year on a Call-center setup Powered by JazzHR
